About Shamal

Shamal is a 11.6 metre (38 foot) catamaran built by Seawind in Australia. She is now just over three years old and we find her to be an excellent choice for our circumnavigation.  She is comfortable, has all the mod cons and one of the selling features for us is that all sheets are controled from the cockpit.  None of this running around the deck stuff when the weather is a little adverse.  Take a look at the Seawind web page for more info.
